01:47 PM PDT: US Offices Closed – September 6th 2010

Please be aware that our US office will be closed on Monday, September 6th, 2010 for Labor Day.

During this time support tickets will be monitored and responded to accordingly by our Budapest office, though there may be a slight delay. If your support inquiry is of urgent nature please navigate to our Online Help Center available to all our customers at: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/ywa and submit a ticket through the Support Form.

03:18 AM PDT: Legacy customers – reporting response time delay – Friday September 3rd 2010

We are aware of an issue in the time taken to serve reports to legacy customers of Yahoo! Web Analytics (i.e. YWA customers who were previously customers of IndexTools).  Data collection is unaffected – however, you may find that reports are slow to load.  We are working on this problem and apologise for any inconvenience incurred.

[10:52 GMT] UPDATE:  User Interface issues now resolved.  Affected customers may experience some delay in reporting but this should not continue for long.

06:27 AM PDT: Slow User Interface – limited impact

We’ve had some reports of problems with the load time of the YWA user interface.  We are currently investigating this and hope to resolve it as soon as possible.
